Reçoit le 17 Juillet 1791 un brevet pour des compositions de terre, glaçures et émaux pour les poêles en faïence. Ce brevet fut le premier délivré en France, après l’abolition des patentes royales, et porte le N° l. Il sera suivi de d’un certificat d’addition du 17 Janvier 1792. Ces brevets donnent entre autre la composition qui servit à réaliser le poêle en forme de Bastille qu’Ollivier offrit à la Convention et qui est maintenant conservé au musée Carnavalet.
Receives the July 17, 1791 a patent for earthen compositions, glazes and enamels for earthenware stoves. This patent was the first issued in France, after the abolition of the royal patents, and bears the No. 1. It will be followed by a certificate of addition of January 17, 1792. These patents give among other things the composition that was used to make the stove in the form of Bastille that Ollivier offered to the Convention and is now kept in the Carnavalet museum.
